2. Our Services
Pupsy provides customized, fresh meal plans for dogs. The recommendations provided through our questionnaire are based on the information you provide and are formulated to support general canine health. However, they do not constitute veterinary medical advice. Always consult with your veterinarian before making significant changes to your dog's diet.
3. User Accounts
To access certain features of the service, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
By subscribing to our meal plans, you agree to pay the recurring charges associated with your selected plan. You may pause, modify, or cancel your subscription at any time subject to our cutoff times for meal preparation and delivery. All payments are processed securely through our designated payment partners.
5. Delivery
We strive to deliver our fresh meals according to the agreed schedule. However, delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed due to factors outside our control (traffic, weather, etc.). You are responsible for ensuring that someone is available to receive the delivery or providing a secure location for the meals to be left.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Pupsy, its directors, employees, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the service.
